How to measure your cup size

Measure your band size around your ribcage, just under the bust.
Measure your bust size around the fullest part.
Subtract band from bust — the difference determines your cup size.

Important fit tips

Cup size is relative to band size (e.g., 34C ≈ 32D ≈ 36B).
Shape matters as much as size.
A well-fitted garment should not gape, spill, or dig into the skin.
